Looking at other reviews, it seems like this might be one instance where I missed out by listening to the audio version rather than reading the book. On the other hand . . . Paul Newman, Kathleen Turner, and Sidney Poitier are fabulous readers (Matthew Broderick is decidedly not, but oh well). And these brief entries really are fun to listen to. Well worth my time, and I'm likely to take a look at the print edition as well—with the kids, maybe.
